# Common Errors

Quick reference for common failures.

| Nothing happens when the loader runs | Unsupported or outdated executor           | Check [Executor Requirements](/getting-started/executor-requirements.md), update executor |
| `Missing serial_key`                 | No key provided at first run               | Enter your serial key when prompted                                                       |
| `[CELSIUS] Authentication Failed`    | Key expired, revoked, or not yet activated | Verify key on dashboard, run loader to activate                                           |
| Script worked, now "Not whitelisted" | HWID changed or key moved                  | [Reset your HWID](/authentication/resetting-your-hwid.md), run loader on target PC        |
| `Tampering detected`                 | Modified or unofficial loader              | Re-download official loader, run it unmodified                                            |
| Menu opens but features do nothing   | Stale loader after a game update           | Re-run the loader to pull the latest build                                                |
| Kicked from game on load             | Unsupported executor                       | Switch to a supported executor                                                            |
