# Buyer Panel

Using the buyer panel buttons.

The buyer panel is an embed posted in your server's script channel, with buttons for the common tasks.

## Buttons

| Button         | What it does                                                                                  |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Redeem Key** | Redeem a serial key. On success you get the buyer role and the key is linked to your Discord. |
| **Get Script** | Sends you your loader file. Run it in-game. |
| **Get Role** | Grants your buyer role when your account is already active. |
| **Reset HWID** | Queues a HWID reset so you can bind the key to a new PC. |
| **Get Stats** | Shows your keys and their status for that script. |

## How redemption works

When you redeem a key, it is marked as linked to your Discord account and set to "reset HWID" state. It is **not** whitelisted yet — your first in-game run of the loader completes activation and binds your hardware. If you redeem on one PC and want it on another, reset your HWID before first run.

## Troubleshooting

* **Button does nothing / permission error** — you likely lack the buyer role for that panel. Contact a server owner.
* **Redeem fails** — the key may already be used, be for a different script, or have expired. Check the error message shown by the bot.
* **Get Script before redeeming** — downloading the loader is free and doesn't require a key; running it will prompt for your key.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.getcelsius.net/discord-bot/buyer-panel.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
